One rule everywhere: the underlying provider cost plus a $1.00 per transaction Vision markup. Scheme, network and FX charges are always shown separately, at cost.

Wave is processed through regulated infrastructure. Partner identities are disclosed only where the relationship is confirmed and cleared for publication.

  • · Identification for directors and beneficial owners (KYC / KYB)
  • · Description of the business model, products and customer base
  • · Expected monthly volume, average transaction size and target markets
  • · A live website or product with clear terms, refund and privacy policies
  • · Sanctions, AML and risk screening of the entity and its owners
